AI agents for business operations.

We build AI agents that handle repetitive operational work across your existing tools. Each agent connects to your CRM, internal data and workflows, with clear limits on what it decides on its own.

In one paragraph

What is an AI agent, and when does a company need one?

An AI agent uses a language model to carry out a task across your tools: it reads the context, decides the next step within limits you set, and acts through APIs, for example updating the CRM or drafting a reply. Unlike a fixed workflow it can handle varied input; it only does what it is allowed to.

It fits when a task is repetitive, needs context from several tools, and a clear rule says what the agent may do alone and what needs approval.

What we build

What can an AI agent do for your team?

Lead scoring, enrichment and routing are part of GTM engineering.

Account summary before a call

Pulls CRM, product usage and support history into one brief before each customer call.

Support ticket triage

Reads new tickets, tags and routes them to the right team, and drafts a first reply for review.

Renewal alerts from usage data

Flags accounts with falling usage or open issues before the renewal date.

Account brief before the first call

Prepares a short brief on a new account before the first sales call. The seller approves it before it is used.

Every agent works within clear limits on what it decides on its own.

Approvals for anything that changes customer data, a log of every action, and access only to the tools it needs.

How we work

How do we build an AI agent?

  1. 01

    Scope the task

We pick one repetitive task and write down what good output looks like and what the agent may not do.

  2. 02

    Connect the tools

APIs and webhooks to your CRM, support desk and data, with the narrowest access that works.

  3. 03

    Set the limits

Approval steps, confidence thresholds and a fallback to a person.

  4. 04

    Monitor and hand over

Logs, alerts and documentation, so your team can see, change or stop what the agent does. Before launch, we agree who on your team owns the agent. That person gets the alerts and the runbook.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Not sure where to start? The Technical Diagnostic is the first step for every build.

How long does it take?

We start with the 2–3 week Technical Diagnostic. The build runs in sprints of 4–6 weeks.

Who is responsible for the agent after launch?

A named person on your team, agreed before the build starts. We document what the agent does, what it can access and how to pause it.

Can an agent act without approval?

Only where you decide it can. Anything that changes customer data or sends a message can require approval, and every action is logged.

Where does our data stay?

We are based in the EU and work with GDPR in mind. Where your data is stored and processed is agreed with you during the diagnostic.

What does it cost?

The build is scoped after the diagnostic. See the Technical Diagnostic
