Where every engagement starts

Technical Diagnostic for growing companies.

A fixed-scope review of your systems, data and workflows, done in 2–3 weeks. You get an audit report and an engineering roadmap that shows what to fix, what to automate and where AI makes sense.

Scope

What do we review?

Workflows

Handoffs between marketing, sales, customer success and operations, and the manual steps in between.

See Workflow automation →

AI readiness

The documents and data an AI system would use, who maintains them, access and compliance.

See RAG systems →

Ownership and access

Every agent, automation and internal tool, the person who owns it, the access it runs with and what it costs to run each month.

Who it is for

When does a diagnostic make sense?

Good fit

  • Your teams built agents, automations or internal tools in the last year, and nobody can say who owns each one.
  • You want to start with AI but don’t know if your data is ready.
  • Your tools grew faster than the processes between them.
  • You plan a CRM migration or a new automation platform and don’t want to move the mess with it.
  • You need a plan you can execute with us, with your own team or with another vendor.

Better to wait

  • You need one specific integration built this week. Book a call; a sprint may fit better.
  • You don’t have systems in place yet.
  • You want a strategy presentation without implementation. Our roadmap is written for engineers and operators.

How it works

What happens in the three weeks?

  1. 01

    Week 1, interviews and access

We talk to the people who run the processes and get access to the main tools.

  2. 02

    Week 2, review

We map systems, data and workflows and find where they break.

  3. 03

    Week 3, report and roadmap

We present the findings and a prioritized roadmap and walk your team through it.

Audit report

The current state and the issues, ranked by impact and effort.

02

Engineering roadmap

What to build, in which order, in sprint-sized steps.

03

Ownership map

Every tool, its owner, its risk, and a decision to keep it, rebuild it or switch it off.

04

Quick wins

Changes you can act on in the first weeks.

05

Walkthrough

A session with your team to go through it all.

What we need from you: access to the main tools, a few short interviews and one contact person.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do we need to prepare?

Access to your main tools and a short list of the people who run the processes we review. We send a checklist before week 1.

Who from our team is involved?

The people who own the processes and tools in scope, usually for one interview each, plus one contact person.

What happens after the diagnostic?

You decide: implement with us in sprints, keep us on for ongoing support, or take the roadmap to your own team or another vendor.

Can we use the roadmap with another vendor?

Yes. The roadmap is yours, and it is written so that any engineering team can work from it.

Is the diagnostic only about AI?

No. It covers systems, data, workflows and RevOps. AI readiness is one part of it.

How much does it cost?

The scope is fixed. You get the price after a 30-minute call.
